I'm so upset and don't wanna leave the house

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and today I went to the hair dressers for a wash and blow dry and she took me to one side and told my it looks as tho I have alapicai 3 coin bald spots and ever since being pregnant my hair has been falling out in strands... I'm so down I cried all the way back home. Please some one tell me this is normal all my bloods  are fine my diet hasn't changed I'm takin pregnacare. I just really don't know what to do 😥
