opinions anybody?

A friend of mines is a girl but she transforming into a boy (transgender) and her and her girlfriend want to have a mini me but my friend want her girlfriend to use her eggs but my friend eggs doesn't work because she never had a period and she taking shots to become a male but my friend wanna know if she get her period started or whatever and they able to balance the hormones do they still have a chance of having a baby ?
