Hi all, I'm 7 weeks, 5 days today (according to the app, I haven't had a doctor's appt yet - I have a phone appt on Friday and an in-person appt with an ultrasound in 3 weeks). My husband and I were ttc for a year before my first pregnancy. That pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage. More than a year later we are elated to be expecting our rainbow baby. Yesterday and today I've been experiencing an aching feeling in my lower right abdomen (really low... maybe I should say groin, rather than abdomen?). It definitely doesn't feel like a cramp, but I don't know what it is. Given my history, I'm wary of anything that might indicate things aren't progressing the way I'm hoping. Do any of you wonderful ladies know what this might be? Thanks in advance!
