Help please

Y period is late by 10 days. Had unprotected sex 4/5 days before it was supposed to start. I did 3 tests 3days after my period was supposed to start and they were all negative . I have n big appetite lately,nauseas in the morning (like morning sickness) , my breasts are bigger and my nipples are killing me, normally I can drink 2 glasses of whine and still be fine but last night I had one and I was drunk, I get period cramps in my back and tummy. I went to the doc and did blood tests. My HCG levels came back 4.8. Now the doc wants to test again on Tuesday. Oh and last night yeast infection started. What do you think? Is it possible? It would be my first and I actually hope it's a positive!
