What are some things to do with my 3 month old. We're so done being stuck in the house 😩

They don't do much at that age. 
You could do pretty much whatever you wanted. You can babywear. Put protective ear phones on baby and you could now the lawn.

Going for walks! Helps me with fresh air and excercise! My lo enjoys the fresh air as well and usually falls asleep!
