Subchorionic hematoma

Jess
Was just told at my NT ultrasound on Thursday that I have a subchorionic hematoma. The tech seemed like she did not want to scare me and told me it's common and may go away on its own but it will need to be monitored. She then took a bunch of photos and measurements of it. I am 13w5d and have not had a drop of bleeding. I've been doing a bit of research and have found it's not very common and bedrest may be prescribed (nooooo!!) I'm also afraid of it bleeding out. Any advice/experiences? I have an OB appointment in a week but until then I'm not sure if I should take it easy or continue doing weightlifting and yoga as normal?
