Pain in left pelvic region

I have been having sporadic pain on my lower left side (pelvic region) for the past few days. It's not overly obnoxious, but it's enough to stop me in my tracks for a few moments until I adjust. Any ideas what might be causing this? AF is supposed to be here in 4 days, but this is nothing like normal cramping.
