Lamaze or Bradley method for natural child birth?
I really want to have a natural childbirth and am looking for fellow moms who have tried either the Bradley method or Lamaze during labor.. which worked well for you?? Any other suggestions or tips on have to have a medication free child birth? I am 23 weeks today expecting my first baby!
