Waist training after pregnancy?!
Hey FTM here👋 Since this is my first pregnancy I am pretty anxious about getting my body back to pre baby but in the healthiest way possible since I'll be breast feeding(if possible). I was just curious if any of y'all have heard good or bad things about waist trainers postpartum. What I have seen online it says it can help your body heal and get back to where you were before but I don't know if that's just a selling tactic. I would love to hear what y'all think 😊
