my boyfriend used the "withdrawal method" 10 days ago, I have pcos and I don't know when I'm ovulating, I feel as though my period could be arriving but my nipples and back have never been this sore during a period. what do you guys suggest? I also wiped and saw a tinge of red but couldn't be sure if what I was seeing was in fact my period.
