Community College?!?

Has anyone graduated from a community college and received the FULL COLLEGE EXPERIENCE???

I just finished 2 years in CC & I definitely feel like i have or at least close to it. All my friends go to the local university im super close with fraternities, got nominated as sweetheart without being in a sorority, at one point basically lived in a frat house & even got offered a room to live in one, i go on trips with these people, parties, simple just hanging out, celebrate birthdays. I definitely have had the experience in my opinion & in many others

I'm currently two years into community college and I don't really feel like I am getting the full college experience, but I just can't afford university so 🤷🏻‍♀️

I finished after 3 years at a CC and I'm still not sure what the "college experience" is exactly. At this point it's as vague as a concept as the American Dream. All I know is that as long as you talk to people and make friends, work hard and step out of your comfort zone you'll have a good education/experience no matter where you're at.

I graduated from a CC before transferring. My experience was a little different because I was a teen mom and my baby was in the daycare on campus so I went to classes, picked her up and headed home or to work. The students who lived in the dorm rooms seemed to have more of the college experience vs those who didnt. The school was in a really small town so not much to do unless you travel to the bigger towns 35/45 minutes away.
