possibly pregnant?

While TTC #1 I had irregular periods and never really knew when I ovulated. But SO and I BD and during I had bled but not after. A week later I took a test and it was a bold positive. Fast forward to today, I am 5 months PP and last period ended June 3rd. SO and I just had intercourse and he noticed I was spotting, so I went to the bathroom and sure enough a very dull pink spot was on the toilet paper. Glow currently shows I am ovulating right now, and I've had some minor cramps and headaches the past few days. Is there a possibility I am pregnant?!
