Miscarriage and how did you cope?

I had my second miscarriage today and I am obviously devastated! I need some coping ideas that helped for others. My first miscarriage was in South Korea and that was a horrible experience, but didn't cope very well over there either..

I already knew mine happened before the doctor told me my levels dropped so drastically.  I was totally depressed for 3 days.  But after I got the definite answer from the doctor I wad more relieved to know it was done and I could stop freaking out and crying constantly.  I kept what came out of me when I miscarried. It was 3 separate blood clots that came out at all different times and I has then in a baggy to show the doctor.  Well she never needed them so my mom and I decided we would go and bury the baby with my uncle who died as a toddler so basically I could have some closure and I could always go there to put flowers there and talk. My fiance and I named the baby Skylar so it would be neutral and now the baby is at rest with my uncle who now has a friend.  I feel 1000 times better knowing it didn't just get tossed aside so everyone could act like nothing happened. My family has been tremendously supportive since the day I found out i was pregnant.  Now my fiance and I are waitingfor me to ovulate so we ca try and get pregnant again asap

I'm sorry for your loss! I've also had 2 miscarriages. The first one was much harder for me, emotionally. The second time, I had already somewhat prepared myself for the possibility of it happening again. My hubby was wonderful...very patient & supportive. I found comfort in prayer, and in writing. For me, it just took time to accept it & move forward. I had 3 more healthy babies after my losses.
