I'm only 14 weeks and I pee when I sneeze

I have terrible allergies. I take Zyrtec and it barely does anything. I still sneeze 25-50x a day. And I just started peeing a little when I sneeze. 😩 this is awful lol. I knew it would happen I just thought I would have a little more time.
