Ok so I have a fish 10 gallon fish tank with a filtration system and everything...I was feeding my fish a minute ago and saw this stuff at the top of his tank..it's a new tank...it's just put him in it 2 days ago but I'm worried about what this is and I don't know how to get rid of it...any fish tank enthusiasts out there?? I need help.

I think it's funny that I'm posting about a fish on a <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period app</a> but I love my fish and don't want him to die lol :(
