I didn't on my 1st month only because they had me at a lower then required dose for me (50mg). Once I got to 100mg I did get pregnant the 1st month in that but it turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. Tried clomid for 2 months after and it never worked. Ended up switching to femara. But I still needed an IUI to get pregnant

It worked for me in month three.

I did. I did my first round last month 50mg days 5-9 due to a blocked tube and got my BFP the first round. Good luck!
