Boy or Girl??

Question

I fell down an Internet rabbit hole trying to decipher and understand all the theories or: Ramzi, Skull, Nub. My first ultrasound was yesterday 12w 3d is what the little alien measured. Little bugger kept its hand in its mouth and its legs tucked up close so I don't have ANY pics that are good for the nub theory but I wanted opinions for Ramzi and the skull theory! Thanks all!

I added a pic for Ramzi incase you have an earlier u/s. The picture is for transvaginal. If your u/s was abdominal, then you would mirror it.

FYI with all the theories I thought it was a boy (esp since I saw what I "knew" was a penis during my 12 week 3D u/s), but apparently it's a girl (DNA testing)
