Loss of symptoms at 6 weeks?

The two consistent symptoms I've had this pregnant are fatigue and tender/sore/full breasts. Woke up this morning and my breast soreness/fullness pretty much disappeared. Anyone else experience something similar? Completely paranoid about miscarrying because I've miscarried in the past and I'm considered a high risk pregnancy due to thyroid disease. Any input is welcome thank you!!!!!
