temping help?
My temp spiked right after cd16. As you can see, my temp has stayed higher than usual but they're still quite wonky. I showed my nurse this and she said it looks like I could have ovulated but my temps are still jumpy. I have awful sleep and I do wake up at a different time most days, I wake up two times in the night to pee usually also. My doctor knows this and he said I should still be able to see a general pattern if I don't wake up at the same time every day. Anyway - what do you think? O or no? Negative HPT today.
