6.5 weeks

So I'm 6.5 weeks. I have a repeat US on the 28th. Yesterday, when I went to the bathroom. I wiped and there was light brown in the TP. It has since gone away and only lasted an hour... it wasn't a ton but enough to know it's there. I'm only freaking out because I had a miscarriage in April and I remember it starting like that. I'm hoping it was just a one time thing.... anyone else have the same? Or have a similar experience? I just wanna know my sweet baby is okay and is growing and has a heartbeat... 10 more days 😔😔😔
