Can't even get up or if I do I can't take a step. I used to get a cortisone shot then moved up to epidural shot for the pain but now being pregnant they won't give it to me. My Dr. Keeps telling me it's only going to get worse and that is not really helping me with my problem at all. On my next appointment I want to tell him I'm going to start seeing a chiropractor because I have read that it might help with the pain and no meds will be needed. Any ideas or suggestions?
