My soon to be hubby (5/30) has a 12 month old... Her mother NEVER has her dumps her off on any and everyone that will keep her... We have asked for 50/50 and of course she says no... I have kept quite for a long time now almost 2 yrs (not long after we started dating, she found out she was pregnant, I tried to back off but my SO wasn't having that) but she calls me horrible names, tells everyone I am on drugs, talks ugly about my son, and had no respect for our relationship.... That baby girls 1st birthday she didn't see her all day, we were told we could get her the day after BC she had plans... At noon that day she calls "if you want her today you can go pick her up from my mom".... My SO was in between jobs at the time and I PAID FOR THAT BABY GIRLS ENTIRE 1ST BIRTHDAY!!!! I do it for HER (the baby) but I am starting to resent that beautiful baby girl BC of her "mother".... 2 weeks ago I had to lay out of work BC she never showed up for her daughter and my SO had just started a new job, impossible for him to stay home... She came to get her 6:30 Monday night and I went outside of my home to talk to her about the disrespect and the never coming to get the baby like we planned.. She started running her mouth told me to "know my place", I snapped!!!! It got pretty ugly.... Well now OF COURSE she is holding the baby over our heads and not allowing us to our time.. Yes we need to go thru the court system but what do we do until that is settled?????

How would you ladies handle this "woman"??!
