Membrane sweep - what does this mean?!?!
Very disheartened. Went for a sweep today but they couldn't even do it as my cervix was too posterior and the nurse couldn't reach :( I'm 40+2. She has wrote in my notes;
Membranes intact, vertex presentation 3cm and what looks like 18 spines lol. Can't really tell.
Anyone know what this could mean? I know it wasn't successful :(
