My son just turned 11 months and my milk supply in the freezer is running low. I know they say to wait to start cows milk at a year old but a lot of ladies have told me they started between 11-12 months. What age did you start cows milk and how did you introduce it to your LOs? Any advice is great!! 👍🏻
