random yanking feeling ?

I'm 28 weeks tomorrow, the last couple of days I have experienced a very breif (like one second) of a slightly painful pinch or yanking feeling inside my belly. Almost like I can feel the cord or something being yanked or pulled ? Not sure how to describe it. Wondering if anyone else has felt that. 💗

Sometimes if I move wrong or suddenly I get this sudden sharp jab to the left of my belly button. It kind of feels like he's on a nerve or something because it's almost a tingly feeling and always in the same spot. I don't know if yours is similar or not but it's very startling lol
