Could it be?

Okay so here's what's going on.. First of all, I am currently 5 dpo. Monday I was at a friends house visiting and all of a sudden began to get really bad cramps, I mean BAD. I don't even get menstrual cramps this bad. Then I started to sweat and felt really light headed and dizzy like I was going to faint. Well the dizziness went away after about 5 minutes but the cramps didn't. I mean it was like a stabbing pain when I walked. Later that evening they dulled down and now have just been coming and going still today but mainly on my right side. I read online about Mittelschmerz, which is a cramping that happens when the fertilized eggs is released into the uterus but before actual implantation..now this morning when I wiped there was very, very light pink on the toilet paper which made me think implantation, but it's too soon for that right? I have seen online where implantation rarely occurs earlier than 6-10 dpo but I mean we all know how the Internet is not very user friendly when you're trying to self diagnose. Sorry for the super long post I'm just getting so anxious waiting to test. I really hope this is my month. I kinda feel like we may have actual done it this time!!
."Mittelschmerz, if it occurs, does so at the time the fertilized egg is released from the fallopian tube and enters the uterus or womb. The egg however, does not immediately attach itself to the side of the uterus. It floats freely within the uterus as a tiny, but growing speck. This speck consists of an ever-increasing number of cells. This collection of cells has to reach a certain size before the egg is ready to attach itself to the uterus."
