rash?!

Does anyone know what this is? I took a showe and it started itching so I itched it and this is what I saw after

I get tbat exactly when I take super hot showers and get out- especially if I was cold before (winter or in a house with AC). Anywhere I scratch myself I'll get those. They usually go away after an hour or so. There is some "condition" but honestly, it's just the temp changes and your skin! Don't stress on it :)
