Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing as me. My son is 13 months and I am still breastfeeding. I absolutely LOVE it and so does he. We are down to nursing three times a day, wake up, 3pm and before bed. He also gets three solid food meals a day. The problem is my husband keeps bringing up the issue of stopping breastfeeding. He says my son doesn't need it anymore and I'm only doing it for myself. I've tried to educate him on the benefits and that it is mine and my son's decision, and no one else. He keeps bringing it up saying he is 50% parent and he gets a say. I'm so annoyed by the whole situation. Don't get me wrong, I will not be persuaded or forced into doing ANYTHING I am not comfortable doing, so for me that means breastfeeding will continue, but is anyone else going through this? How do you deal? What are your thoughts or advice?
