I just started a 10 day progesterone prescription because I stopped my birth control approx. 3 months ago and never had a cycle of ovulated. I take 200 mg twice a day for 10 days, so 400 mg daily. Dr said I should have a cycle within 10 days after my last dose. Has anyone else taken progesterone and had it help "jump start" their periods to come back? We are TTC and can't do that without a cycle and ovulation! Just looking for some words of encouragement and personal stories of how this medicine helped! Any advice ladies? Counting on you!!!!
