Just asked our doc about this on Friday since our daughter has the same thing. He said to use a thin layer of hydrocortisone 1% cream for one week. Let that dry then put a layer of moisturizer over that. It's been helping with her.
infant heat rash! PLEASE help!
It's so bad! Back, sides, chest! What can I do? We've been doing nightly baths with no soap because he loves them. Idk if that's making it worse. He seems so irritated by it now and it breaks my heart. Any tips or advice on how to clear this up ASAP!

If it's heat rash then keeping him cool will clear it up quickly.

We're using a ceiling fan. I don't know why he'd be so hot/it got so bad. We live in Colorado so it's definitely warm out but he hasn't been out much, and if he is outside he's shaded with a fan. It looks just like heat rash though

A light cotton onesie if it's really warm where he's sleeping should be fine. Also a fan in the room helps, just don't point it directly on him.

Would you sleep him shirtless? I was gonna do a lose t shirt instead of pjs or a onesie
