Honestly, medication and meditation. You can google meditation techniques (like focusing on a candle flame or imagining a white light traveling through your body) or even listen to guided meditations on YouTube. Those help me a lot and get me focused on my breathing instead of my anxiety. I have used marijuana for anxiety for years but of course you should only use it if it is legal, you are of age, and you have proper guidance as to what types of products to use for anxiety as some marijuana products can make anxiety worse. I have also had a lot of help from prescription meds, but those should be taken carefully, too. My doctor prescribed me an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety that helped me sleep, gave me energy in the morning, and helped a ton with my anxiety. It really surprised me how much it helped! My doc was very thorough and ran a bunch of tests on me first, and I did some research on my own about the medication. There are several anti-anxiety medications that can be taken as needed, as well, if you don't feel like you need to be medicated all the time. So that's what I would recommend - practice meditation and talk to your doctor about medication.
