I was awarded full custody of my 5mo old (now 8mo old) son. The judge ordered supervised visits split between my parents and his 80yr old family member.

He has no shown for half of these. He gives short notice he is not coming or is going to be very late. Three visits in a row he did d a no call no show.

He has been messaging me a lot lately saying degrading things. We believe he is using again.

My lawyer is swamped and hasnt returned my call. Is he in contemot for not showing for visits?
