my baby is 6weeks old, can I still increased my milk supply ?

My baby is 1 one month and 3 weeks I had trouble breastfeeding since I had a c- section , and once i tried puting him on my breast is was hard because I didn't have a lot of milk supply , my question is what can I do to gain back all the Milk I have lost I really want to breastfeed I'm not a big fan of fourmula ? HELP !!! Please and is it not to late for me to switch to breast feeding I'm currently using only forumula !😔

I swear by a bowl of oatmeal every morning. I do this and it's healthy. I pump once a day and get about 8-10 ounces in 10 minute session. I also feed on demand and let her suckle when ever she is upset or needs comforted. She is 7 weeks old now. Also drinking over 8 glasses of water a day.

I breastfed my daughter the first week and ended up with a clogged duct and horrible engorgement (which made her latching even more difficult) and was just miserable constantly feeding her, taking care of her big brothers, the house and healing from a c section. I spent 1.5 weeks taking sudafed and stuffing my bra with cabbage and finally dried up. She was suffering from constipation tho (something my breastfed sons never experienced) and it broke my heart to watch her try to go so I started pumping every 2 hours or so. For the first few days I got a few drops (very discouraging) but by the end of the first week she was getting about half expressed milk/half formula and was getting 100% expressed b.m. by a week and a half. It was a lot of work bringing my supply back but 1000% worth it to not see her in discomfort. I was also taking fenugreek to help things along, 3 capsules 3 to 4x a day was the dose I was told to go by. It can make babies gassy but she's adjusted

There's this thing called mothers milk tea it worked wonders for me!! I got mine at Wal-Mart and weis. Also i take fenugreek tablets. I can't find this one but maybe you can... blessed thistle. Or if you go to a pharmacy and look over near the baby section they'll probably have something or ask a pharmacist

Never to late! I was able to start EBF at 4 weeks postpartum. Lots of skin to skin, pumping and nusring. Good luck!!

It's never to late. You have to start putting baby to breast. Having baby empty breast is the quickest way to increase supply.
You may want to try offering the bottle first for part of the feeding and than latching baby so baby will cooperate and not get frustrated by the slow flow of the breast.
