morning sickness

Anyone out there with severe morning sickness/all day sickness? I am a little over 6weeks and it's kicked in full force 😞 the last three days I've been sick all day with a terrible migraine. I have two little kids and I feel helpless because they need me and I'm constantly running to the bathroom.

What has helped you, or at least made the symptoms a little less?! If I could at least get rid of this headache.
