Anyone able to help?

Ive never had these kind of symptoms all at once:
Tension headache
Pressure / painful eyes
Dizziness 
Neasuea
Vomiting 
Fever 101.8
Red blotches on face
Higher than normal bp for me (128/88)
Anyone know what I should do? Please help

Probably flu you don't usually have a fever with a cold you need to see a Dr

Go see your doc, it sounds like a cold but the doc is the only one who can really give you a definitive answer.
