How much does your baby daddy help with baby in general?

My husband works in Advertising so he doesn't have your typical 9-5 job. He's usually home by 730, sometimes earlier and sometimes later. But when he gets home he takes over. Our daughter goes to bed around 830 so he wants to spend as much time with her as possible. On weekends he's 100% hands on.

I sometimes have to tell him what I need, but he never complains and is so beyond helpful. Wouldn't have my sanity without him! I'd say 50/50 split between the two of us, even though I'm home with baby until 5pm. When he comes home he scoops her up so I can make dinner, then after we eat together they do play/books/bottle/bath/bed. I love that they have that bonding time! Weekends he wakes up if she wakes or needs to night feed. So grateful for that sleep 😩😴

I can't really say a percentage because my husband works shift work and his schedule is all over the place but he helps everytime he can! For a long time I was nursing to sleep and bedsharing for both naps and bedtime so my husband couldn't help as much. But we are doing sleep training and she's falling asleep on her own in her crib and my husband loves to put her to bed. He loves reading her books and singing. So cute.
