How can you tell by your face?

So I had no idea you could tell someone is pregnant by their face. My boyfriend said "My mom said you look pregnant." Well, my stomach is the same, so it's not that. I stopped birth control pills about 3 weeks ago, and I have some acne now and wear half the makeup I use to becuase of that. 
We use condoms 75% of the time and when we don't, he does not finish in me.
My question is, in what ways can someone tell you're pregnant or think you are, by your face? What do they look for, etc? 
I really want to know, and appreciate any replies. Thank you. Stories are welcome as well

Some people can just tell when someone looks pregnant. Sometimes you glow. Then your skin changes usually. But if you just came off the pill that's probably why your skin changed but maybe take a test to be sure lol

One of my coworkers told me I had that look in my face that I get when I was pregnant. I told him he was nuts. Then I found I was pregnant with baby #2. Weird to me too, but apparently my face looks different

My nose gets wide and my face gets puffy.

Face spreads. Maybe if you usually have acne your face is much clearer or vice versa. Maybe just really glowing and everything going right 🤷🏾‍♀️
