Ovulation vs cysts vs endo vs idk

So today I was getting very hopeful. I have been TTC for 15months and haven't been positive that I've even ovulated since going off birth control. However today my temp dropped, my CM seemed right, I even got what I thought was a very close LH surge on a test.... I then started having a sharp pain in my right lower abdomen (around my overy) me and my husband DId the deed and man oh man did it hurt.. Sharp pain in the same spot towards the end and it hasn't really gone away. I've been having symptoms of endo lately and thinking I may be dealing with that but now I'm all sorts of confused...
