I've been dealing with sinus pressure and a headache for 48 hours now.  I'm someone that normally tries to avoid taking meds at all costs, and especially now that I'm preggo (8+6 today).  My Doc said Claritin and Tylenol are ok to take but I'd like to see if anyone has any tried and true methods for natural relief?  I am using a saline nasal spray to help keep my nose clear.  Thank you!
