Im a nurse, i work 13 hour shifts i am 17 weeks and really struggling, the uk are having a heatwave and I'm sure im showing signs of anaemia. Im so breathless at work and i feel so short tempered. Im having to sit down after doing 1 small task as im going dizzy and feeling feint and getting breathless. I dont know what to do 😌 im spending my days off dreading my next shift!
