So I have a question, I don't know what to put this under haha, but I've been on glow and <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> for a while now (I got a new phone and had forgotten my log in stuff so it's a new account but this isn't really relevant). When you're doing your logs, is the sleep part of the log the sleep you you get that night of the current day, or the sleep get going into that day?? Sorry I didn't really know how to explain this 😅
