False positives
My wife and I (lesbian couple) have been trying to get pregnant for a very short time now. Only 2 months. The first month all of the tests were negative. This month we tried and half of the tests looked like they had a very very faint positive and half showed negative including the digital one. My wife has since started her period in the last few days but was like 4 or 5 days late.
My question is how common are false positives like that?
