Maybe baby??

I haven't had my period in almost 2 months now. Not normal for me. At the latest I've been is 2 weeks, but usually within 3-5 days if at all. I'm normally pretty regular. My nipples and area around them on my breast are really sore and tender. I can't even bare to touch them sometimes. I do have cramps, but they are usually pretty light. I feel like I'm gonna start AF and don't. I have dryness pretty bad the last week as well. All home tests are negative. Do you think that maybe I'm pregnant and the home tests just aren't picking up on it? I know that happened to my friend and coworkers sister in law. My friend didn't get a positive at home test till she was 4 months, but blood work confirmed it at 2. I know I need blood work, but worried that I'm over thinking it and will be wasting money.
