Implant questions

Does anyone have the implant cuz I'm thinking about getting it but wanted to know if anyone has had any personal experiences with it either good or bad... Does it hurt to get put in? Can you feel it when it's in? Has anyone ever gotten pregnant on it? Stuff like that thanks :P
