Waiting until 6 months and not giving cereal.

None at all yet - exclusively breast feeding. We have given him rice cereal spoon fed with breast milk. Will try giving him solids at 6 months. He is almost 20lbs @ 20 weeks, so her certainly is not lacking any nutrition! 💙

My boy has dinner and tea, but an hour later, we follow in with a bottle of milk. We're not replacing milk, but giving it in addition to hus milk.

Every day unless it would interfere with bottles bc those are so much more important right now.
Some days we can squeeze in two a day. Right now we do a tablespoon oatmeal with 1oz breast milk. We've also tried sweet potatoes and bananas, half a jar at a time.
