A Strategy That Worked For Me

You know those huge balls are used for exercise? Get one. This has been a lifesaver for me. Blow that thing up and bounce away. Nothing calms my son down more than being bounced. But constantly trying to balance while sitting on a couch or a bed was absolutely exhausting and pretty ineffective. I simply couldn't keep doing it without becoming extremely sore and pretty much losing my mind. So the bouncing ball was a lifesaver. I can sit on it and hold my son and watch TV for hours with little to no discomfort. Depending on how you position your body, it will work out your legs and glutes with varying intensity. I find the more I sit forward on the ball, the less the burn and the longer I can do it for. But for the most part, this is a foolproof way to get my son to stop crying. Nothing else works like this does. I'm telling you, GET ONE!
