You need to take your temps consistenly through out your cycle, the only way to know is by using your past cycles as reference and getting to know your own chart.

Looks like it but ull wanna see more high temps to confirm that dip on 16th was ovulation. Doesn't hurt to keep bd'ing just in case it wasn't ur o.
