My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a little over a year with no luck. I have regular periods and this month I've gone to my OBGYN for blood tests to assess fertility. I never spot between periods, but today I had a fair amount of spotting. It's a little early (2 days) for my scheduled ovulation, could it potentially be implantation bleeding or am I just getting my hopes up for nothing??
