Ugh help me!

My lovely one month old daughter keeps acting like she's hungry; rooting, sucking her hands, acting a little spastic and giving me the squawk type cry. I put her on a boob and 5 minutes in she's fussy, crying, pulling away etc. so I burp her and then put her back on the boob again. Same thing... so I'm thinking maybe she's just over tired. Now I'm trying to get her to relax and sleep and she's being impossible. Diaper is clean... Could this be reflux? The beginning of colic? Gave her Gripe water and it calmed her for maybe 10 minutes. Swaddled her... she acting like she was going to fall asleep... closed her eyes and now she's squawking again.
