Pregnant?!

I had unprotected sex about a week ago. I have been on the pill before but I stopped and I was just starting up again when this happened so I was on like my 5th mini pill. I took plan b about 50hrs after sex. And glow says I was fertile when it happened. This is the second morning I've worked up feeling sick and gassy. Could I be pregnant? I'm really scared. My parents will literally disown me if i am.
